Le projet relève de la restauration d’un immeuble d’habitation (R+4) classé, du centre ville de Tunis. Il sera reconvertit en un hôtel d’affaires. Des réaménagements intérieurs des 4 étages ont permis de récupérer 44 chambres doubles. Des extensions en structure métalliques sont proposées en plus des 04 niveaux existants pour abriter des espaces communs ( salles de séminaires-café japonais-restaurants).
